First, there are five primary causes of injection pain. Benzyl Alcohol BA is used to increase the lipid solubility of esterfied compounds and to prevent bacteria growth in the oil. Unfortunately, it can cause the destruction of cells and significant localised pain and inflammation.
The discomfort is characterised by fairly rapid onset of a painful, red, swollen area. This can be ameliorated by diluting the compound with sterile cutting oil grapeseed, cottonseed, sesameseed. A ratio often works well. This necessitates higher concentrations of BA to prevent the compound from 'crashing' out of solution.
When the oil is injected, the BA is absorbed from the location of the oil depot. This caused the active compound to precipitate fine crystals within the muscle. The onset of this pain is often hours after injection and is characterised by a hard, red, swelling at the injection site.
To prevent this an additional co-solvent is needed, Benzyl Benzoate. BB maintains solubility of the esterfied compound past the point at which BA has been removed, preventing crystaline precipitation. Most UGL's don't add this to their compounded oils due to the higher cost.
To increase the concentration, a larger amount of BA is necessary as a co-solvent. This can result in a similar reaction to that caused by short esters with pain and swelling as the BA is absorbed and solubility decreases and precipitation occurs. In this instance you don't 'need' the additional co-solvent BB, but it still helps! Instead, you can simply dilute the compounding oil with sterile cutting oil to lower the concentration to within the solubility for that ester.
The oil pushes the muscle fascia apart and results in stretching and eventually scarring with the muscle. This can be avoided by reducing single site injection volume and spreading the injections between multiple sites. This is also a good idea as more smaller, more frequent dosing significantly reduces many of the side effects of AAS. These become exacerbated by peak and troughs in hormone levels. The reduction in side effects is particularly dramatic with trenbolone acetate when an ED injection schedule is maintained.
For a compound to become biologically active the ester must be cleaved from the parent molecule. This results in the formation of a carboxylic acid.
Some people find that they are sensitive to one of these. This results in swelling, warmth, redness and possibly a rash at the injection site. In the worst instance the individual may have an existing allergy to the carrier oil sessame, etc If anaphylaxis results, immediately seek medical attention.
Ultimately I break these down into the following set of rules. Aug 3, 2. This needs to be a sticky. Aug 4, 3. Aug 4, 4. Aug 4, 5. Warming the oil definitely improves viscosity and allows it to enter the muscle with less discomfort. When short esters, high concentrations or excess benzyl alcohol are involved, you are still going to need to dilute or add benzyl benzoate to allow for the least painful injections.
NSAID's are rarely necessary, but can help when there is fascia displacement from large volume injections. The problem? Technically, grapeseed oil is a byproduct of winemaking—once the grapes are pressed, the seeds are left over, says Los Angeles-based board-certified dermatologist Tsippora ShainhouseMD.
There are different methods of extracting the oil from the seeds, but for cosmetic purposes, cold-pressed is best. This helps to keep its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties intact. Currently, there are no large-scale studies that prove the skin benefits of grapeseed oil, so the perks, for the moment, are considered theoretical.
However, the individual ingredients that grapeseed oil contains—such as omega fatty acids and vitamin E—are well-studied, so the assumption is that grapeseed oil can provide similar benefits to the skin, says NYC-based board-certified dermatologist Susan BardMD. Grapeseed oil contains high levels of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that can help control acne by decreasing clogged pores.
The antioxidants found in grapeseed oil, such as vitamin Cvitamin E, and proanthrocyanidin phewcan help to prevent—and undo—pollution- and UV-induced free radical damage to the skin, says Dr.
The result? Some studies show that linoleic acid also has anti-inflammatory properties, says Dr. This may make it a handy oil to have around if you have an inflammatory disorder like eczema or rosacea. Besides fatty acids, grapeseed oil contains polyphenols, which help fight premature aging. The oil contains natural astringent properties too, resulting in firmer-looking skin. Experts also agree that the grapeseed oil you choose be certified organic.
This grapeseed oil is organic, cold-pressed, and packaged in a dark glass bottle to extend its shelf life and protect from oxidation. This organic grapeseed oil is produced in California using USDA certified organic pinot noir black wine grapes from Sonoma.
Because grapeseed oil absorbs easily, it makes for a convenient addition to your beauty routine. Bard, who recommends starting with a once-daily application and bumping up your application quota as needed.
Start with a few drops on clean, pre-product skin or mixed into your moisturizer or night cream. If irritation strikes, nix grapeseed oil from your repertoire. Type keyword s to search. Today's Top Stories.

The Doc mentioned he cuts the test with oil, Why? Where do you get sterile oil? Short esters propionate or acetate are harder, more painful crystals with melting points in the c range.
A hormone with a longer esters excluding cypionate - cyp is long but also high melting point can have a melting point in the 20cc range. Pain is also caused by concentration of your gear. If 50mg or less of testosterone propionate is in 1mL of that oil, this injection should be painless. On the other hand, if mg of testosterone propionate is in that same 1mL of solution, then after 24 hours the body will have absorbed 50mg and 1mL, leaving 50mg behind in the injection area, crystalized and painful.
If the alcohol content is too high the gear will burn. Pain in the first 24 hours is usually caused by heavy solvents, pain in the next few hours is usually cause by crystalization. Another way is a bad recipe. If you inject too quickly it can tear tissue. This will cause more crystalization and pain.
As your muscles recognize the hormones, they will be absorbed more quickly, thus less pain. The deeper you inject into the center of a muscle group, the better.
How do I prevent pain before I inject? Cut your shots with sterile filtered oil. This is the 1 best way. Dont bother with b, its water based- absorbed so quickly it will have little to no impact.
Before you shoot, it can help to warm your gear some especially suspensions.Excerpt: My 4th injection was 4 days ago and nothing has changed. I get sore as hell for 5 days and don't feel like doing shit. I know it's working but i honestly don't think I can continue with this pain.
I thought my body would get use to it since I'm a newbie but it hasn't. In an effort to stay the course I've been recommended. My 4th injection was 4 days ago and nothing has changed. In an effort to stay the course I've been recommended to dilute the Test Enthatate in sterile oil. Here are my questions: 1 Which type of oil would be best suited? I mean I pull 1.
Thanks guys. Re: Sterile Oil to Dilute? Quote posted by jetty. Hit the syringe with a hair dryer at close range for a couple of minutes to thin the oil and help things when it gets where it's going. Also, get one of those microwave hot packs and put it on the site for minutes afterward.Forum Rules.

This might sound dumb but bear with me. My last batch of stuff I used sesame oil. Injecting it the past few times it seems like its harder to inject through a 25g needle than in the past.
How much of a difference in viscosity is there between the different oils walnut, peanut, grapeseed, seasame, cottonseed, etc I'm thinking maybe in the past the UG lab I had used a thinner oil in their product hence the easier injects.
Perfection Awaits. Grapeseed is said to be the "thinnest" and flows through the needle best. I also heard walnut was fairly thin. Castor Safflower will also last longer than grapeseed before going rancid. Shit, grapeseed aint thin at all. Safflower it is? Um, why the fuck do you WANT the thinnest oil possible. You do realize the difference is negligable right?? Board myths. Walnut is great, peanut is great, grapeseed is great. Who cares buy it cheap and make it, its all oil. Want it thinner, heat it up.
Inject with a 22g be a fucking man. I am kind of surprised at that list and I question if it is accurate. The grape seed I have definitely seems noticably thinner than the sesame I had.
I like grape seed because it is thin, healthy and because it has a high temperature smoke point. The smoke point is why olive oil isn't really appropriate for the frying pan. I use the grape seed for frying now as well. Good stuff. Ive heard that injecting EVOO is painful as hell, dunno why.

In the IFBB Pro's own words, what follows is the original synthol injection methodology for maximizing muscle gains. Synthol is an oil that is injected directly into a muscle causing it to expand in size.
Bodybuilder initially thought that the synthol injected into a muscle would remain in the muscle for 5 years or more. However, this is not accurate. Injected synthol dissipates gradually over a period of several months.

However, during this time, injected synthol stretches the fascia of the synthol treated muscle. Muscle fascia is a matrix of tissue which can be thought of as a body casing or sheath think about a tight rubber body suit. Interestingly, muscle fascia, by fully covering a muscle, acts to prevent muscle growth.
However, the more stretched the fascia is the more the muscle will have room to grow. When injected, synthol acts as an agent to stretch the muscle fascia allowing it to grow much bigger. Of course this assumes that weightlifting is taking place along with proper nutrition, recovery and supplementation. The synthol itself was absorbed by the body and through bodybuilding, it was replaced by real muscle. Obviously, fascial stretching with injected synthol will hurt some. However, over time, the pain decreases the more synthol is injected, until essentially, injections are no longer painful.
Synthol can be used for two purposes — to increase the size of a synthol muscle or to shape a synthol muscle. Bodybuilders inject synthol to every head of the muscle, while rotating the applications daily within that muscle head.
This is the only way to ensure that the added size follows the natural look and shape of the injected muscle. Some bodybuilders use 1ml per muscle head. Dosage involves 1ml used per day, every day, for a period of 2 weeks followed by a one week rest period. Then repeating this schedule. Other bodybuilders use 1ml of synthol per muscle 3 times a week for the first week, followed by 2ml of synthol per muscle 3 times a week the second week and 3ml of synthol per muscle 3 times a week the third week.
That is followed by one or two week break before repeating.Running 1st cycle Test E only. When I pin, there is absolutely no pain. However 36 to 48 hours later and the area near the injection site but not the injection site itself hurts. To remedy this I bought sterile grapeseed oil to dilute the concentration. It does cause some swelling and what feels like a knot in the muscle. How bad is the paint and where are you pinning? I still get the knots in my quads often, to the point i cant bend my knee to where my ham touches my calve.
I still train legs during this though and it isnt too bad after I warm up. Rolling my quads can be a bitch though. The other guys here might be able to give you advice on cutting your gear down but personally I wouldnt go fucking with it, if you dont do it right you will be in a lot more pain then a bit of pip.
I have tried glutes, and quads. The pain in the quads is too much to try to work through. Before cutting it with grapeseed oiI, I may try pinning 0. Good to know as I was considering pinning 0. Pinning twice for one dose is a bit annoying though. How do you know its crashing in the muscle? I could be wrong though of course. They make mg concentrations and they do not crash in the muscle.
You can mix it with GSO as you said and it will reduce the pain. Hence my initial post which asks if it really is as simple as just adding sterile grapeseed oil in the proper ratios. Mind answering rather than just telling me there is a right and wrong way to do it. That bits fairly obvious. My pain increases gradually and is hardly even noticeable before 12 - 24 hours after that it gets much worse quickly. This lines up with the fact that the oil could be absorbing quicker than than the hormone which would leave a deposit over time as oil absorbs.
Hence the irritation and pip i get days after pinning. Regardless what is a safe way to cut test e with grape seed oil, or am I just better off ordering different test entirely.
Then over time the test gets absorbed and pain subsides. To be honest man the time line you suggest is the same as mine, and I know mine is just pip. I pin, no pain or blood, first 12 hours fine then gets a little sore and worse upto the 36 hours mark.
I know this is not very helpful but if it doesnt get better soon just do your GSO cut and see if that changes anything. Is this your first cycle? So you need a sterile vial or two or however many you need for the amount of gear you havea.
Yeah 1st cycle middle of week 4, maybe it is just pip, frankly I hope it is. I might try pinning less in 2 different spots tomorrow to see if that helps, if not then I will cut it, and if I have any issues there, then I already have test from another source on the way just in case. Last question hopefully lol. I have all materials now but wanted to make sure maths correct.
Yes, I drew test e, then drew grapeseed oil into the syringe after. Heat, swirl, pin. I had no issues once doing that. Though disclaimer I eventually got new gear cause distributor verified the batch I had prior was causing others problems as well.
